Curl toes inwards. Do this five to ten times. Factor in breath awareness, inhaling while curling the toes inwards and exhaling while pressing them down. Rest your foot on the ground for a few seconds. Then repeat for the other foot. How it works This stretches the entire foot, working out tendons, muscles, ligaments. Relieves oedema, or swelling of feet, by encouraging blood circulation here. Working out the toes gives a better grip to the feet, facilitating movement and perfecting your posture.

Adjust, so that all toes are also touching. Straighten back. Place palms on either thigh. Hold the soles together in this fashion, breathing normally, as long as you can.
