If you’re on a spiritual path, the deeper mind is also strewn with all kinds of booby traps and obstacles that can bump you off your path.

We’ll use the darkness of the night as a segue into transforming fear into fearlessness. Everything we do in life requires some guts, whether it’s applying for a job, buying a house, asking someone for a date, taking a trip, opening a business, making a presentation, learning how to meditate, or starting something as different as dream yoga.
